1. Control Room Operator
Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor real-time system performance via SCADA and control systems
– Respond to system alarms, warnings, and faults
– Identify trends and anomalies in performance data
– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
– Coordinate with operational teams
Requirements:
– Experience with SCADA systems
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Experience interfacing with National Grid Authorities
– Ability to work in shifts
– Good communication skills
2. HV Technician (132 KV Systems)
Key Responsibilities:
Power Transformers:
– Monitor oil and winding temperatures
– Check oil leaks and levels
– Test alarms and relays
– Perform oil sampling
Current Transformers:
– Inspect oil leakage
– Clean and replace insulators
– Perform insulation and resistance testing
Voltage Transformers:
– Inspect components and insulation
– Check seals and oil plugs
– Measure dielectric losses
Circuit Breakers & Systems:
– Maintain HV circuit breakers
– Work on AC distribution cabinets and DC panels
Requirements:
– Experience with 132 KV systems
– Knowledge of testing and maintenance
– Familiarity with safety standards
3. LV/MV Technician
Key Responsibilities:
MV Switchgear & Transformers:
– Inspect fuses and locking systems
– Perform cleaning and lubrication
LV/MV Transformers:
– Check for water infiltration
– Inspect cables and grounding
Power Systems:
– Test chargers, batteries, and UPS
MV Power Lines:
– Inspect grounding and resistance
General Maintenance:
– Perform visual inspections and cleaning
Requirements:
– Experience with LV/MV systems
– Knowledge of maintenance practices
– Troubleshooting skills
